1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tay99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the tay99 website, mobile application, and related services available at tay99.vu.
By accessing or using tay99, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tay99.
If you access tay99 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" include that person.
2Eligibility and Registration
To register and use tay99, you must:

This KYC (Know Your Customer) process is conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and is required before withdrawal requests are processed. Acceptable identification includes valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or Driver's Licence.
Each individual may only hold one registered account on tay99. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether personally or through a third party — is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts.
3Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your tay99 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any changes to account settings.
You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. tay99 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account details.
If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact tay99 support immediately at support@tay99.vu. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account following such a report.
You must ensure that the personal details registered on your account remain accurate and up to date. tay99 may request updated documentation if your information changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any later point is grounds for account suspension.
4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on tay99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted or applied to player account balances.
Deposits
tay99 supports deposits via GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
tay99 does not accept deposits made using credit cards or cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your tay99 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification (KYC) has been completed. Players who have not yet completed KYC may be asked to do so before their first withdrawal is approved. VIP members benefit from priority processing of withdrawal requests.
tay99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. We may request supporting documentation including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. These checks are conducted to protect the security of your account and to comply with applicable obligations.
Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. tay99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Errors and Technical Issues
In the event of a technical error, system fault, or miscalculation that results in an incorrect balance, credited bonus, or payout, tay99 reserves the right to correct the error. Any funds credited to your account as a result of an obvious error do not constitute a valid balance and tay99 may recover them. Players who knowingly exploit an error must return any funds obtained and may have their accounts suspended.
5Games, Bets and Results
tay99 offers live casino games, sports betting, eBingo, slots, and other gaming content to eligible registered players. The availability of specific games and betting markets may change from time to time.
All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules. Game rules are available within each game section of the platform.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. tay99 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, suspected manipulation, or events outside the scope of the market as defined.
Results for live casino games are determined by certified random number generation or by live dealer outcomes as applicable. Results for sports betting markets are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser. tay99's decisions on result disputes are final.
6Bonuses and Promotions
tay99 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.
General conditions that apply to all tay99 promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tay99 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Players may not hold more than one active bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

- Attempting to abuse a promotion — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or any form of bonus exploitation — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
tay99 does not guarantee any specific bonus amount, percentage, or promotion availability. Details of current promotions, where available, are communicated through the platform's registered channels.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tay99. Engaging in any of these activities may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Registering while underage or misrepresenting your age or identity;
- Creating or operating more than one tay99 account;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform outside of normal manual gameplay;
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sports betting markets on tay99;
- Using tay99 to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to unlawful activity;
- Depositing funds on behalf of another person or receiving payouts on another person's behalf;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing tay99 staff or other players in any way;
- Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or access control measure on the platform.
8Account Suspension and Closure
tay99 reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable period;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
- A legal or regulatory obligation requiring us to do so.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tay99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@tay99.vu.
9Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tay99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
